Committees
The NSCA has twelve committees, each of which was established by the Board of Directors to meet the needs of the NSCA. Learn more about how our committees serve Certification, Conferences, Leadership, Inclusion, Fellowship, and Training (L.I.F.T), Education, Finance, Membership, Nominations, Research, State/Provincial Directors, and Women. Applications for committees are accepted from October 1 to December 15 each year.
NSCA Fellowship
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Fellows are an accomplished group of professionals whose frequent and sustained contributions to the profession have promoted the goals and activities of the NSCA. The purpose of the Fellowship is to promote excellence and leadership within the NSCA by recognizing high standards and extraordinary professional development.
CSCS
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® (CSCS®) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. NSCA Announces New 2025 RSCC*E Coaches
The NSCA is proud to name 42 new strength and conditioning coaches who have earned the prestigious Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach® Emeritus (RSCC*E) designation in 2025

The Student Research Award is given to students who have presented an abstract at the NSCA National Conference.
