NSCA has a network of volunteer leaders who direct NSCA’s efforts at the state and provincial level. NSCA’s Northeast Regional Coordinator provides oversight and training to local state and provincial directors. Colorado Springs, CO - A. Eugene Coleman to Receive the NSCA's 2013 Boyd Epley Award for Lifetime Achievement. Coleman served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Houston Astros for over 30 years and is recognized for his work with NASA.

This esteemed award is given to an individual, whose career achievements have made a clear and lasting legacy on the practice, scientific understanding, or methodologies of strength and conditioning. The NSCA Board of Directors carefully deliberates to select the recipient of this prestigious award.
