NSCA’s Essentials of Tactical Strength and Conditioning is a NSCA resource developed for those seeking the TSAC-F certification and for strength and conditioning coaches or personal trainers who work with tactical populations such as military, law enforcement, and fire and rescue personnel.
Located at the NSCA Headquarters in Colorado Springs, the NSCA Performance Team is comprised of Registered Strength and Conditioning Coaches (RSCC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), NSCA-Certified Personal Trainers (NSCA-CPT), and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitators (TSAC-F) dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
RSCC coaches are required to meet the CEU requirements for the CSCS and complete the recertification cycle every three year period as well as complete the RSCC renewal course every year in order to maintain the RSCC destination.
NSCA has a network of volunteer leaders who direct NSCA’s efforts at the state level. NSCA’s Rocky Mountain Regional Coordinator provides oversight and training to local state directors. Members in the Rocky Mountain Region can connect at local and regional events as well as on Facebook to others in this area.
